I can make that in flash in about an hour, and I would give people stuff like that for free.

i agree that one is pretty simple for advanced flash users, but some people may not be familiar with 3d programs required to make certain images on the site.

The last one is pretty cool, I like the background image, but the rest really aren't that special.

As for the one you have right now, I think the design is quite boring. I would move the menu thing up a bit, and have 3-4 topic-related images below it alpha'ing in and out.

yej i really like the second "Theory7" website template, it allows the user to change the background pic and music to suit their mood. Its proved pretty popular in the past.

I'll try upload it so you can have a propper look at it.
