Hi Folks,
We are a new tech support site with an emphasis on new users, small business and off-hours support for corporations. We enable Tech Service Providers (freelancers and small shops) to profile their services and provide on-site, phone, email, remote access and IM based support to paying customers. We are brand new (14 days).

We would appreciate any feedback - in any area or these areas:
1. Design
2. Functionality
3. Navigation
4. Clarity of message
5. Supporting information
6. Business value to tech service providers
7. Demand for services?
8. Affiliate program review?
9. Value of 'project management' approach used
10. Value of Business Center for tech providers.
While we WELCOME your registration - it is not necessary to be able to review the site. The site serves two customer groups - users and Techmates (our name for tech members). You can login using a GuestPass (for customers or techmates) to view the personalized member tools and services. Click on anything!
