It seems to be still under croonstruction. Also, the mainly image layout is a bit slow. The way the start page has a big blue blob with links and then as you browse the site there is a big blue banner instead with buttons is a bit tacky.

So, in other words, try to cut down on the images and keep layout and navigation consistent.

Other than that, it's a pretty good site.
