I've been trying to install it multiple times, only the loading screen shows up at 0%. Below the loading bar, it's supposed to show what files are being installed, only it flashes a message "Waiting for Files to Close". The problem is that this is all that is happening and the loading process remains at 0% and will not move.

Make sure you don't have any virus scanners nor other programs running during the install.

By default, the WoW downloader uses P2P for the download. (torrent based) Try disabling that so it will download from the HTTP.

I don't really remember exactly how it's done but I think you right click on the top bar and click settings or whatever and then there should be an option to disable P2P.
