What does this error mean?

Resource Conflict - PCI in slot 01
Bus:00 Device:0C Function:00

Note - No hardware was ever changed, added or replaced in this computer. It used to boot, not it doesn't. Why would I be getting this error message now?

What card do you have in that PCI slot?

I'd remove any PCI cards you have added and see if your computer boots with onboard hardware.

I found out that one of my memory sticks was bad.
