I made a video to put on YouTube with Windows Movie Maker. I made it and put it on YouTube. When I watch it off the internet it looks normal. When I go to YouTube it shows the video in double. Meaning the video is playing one on top and the other (identical) below it divided by a bright green line. When other people watch my video on their computer it is normal. Not just my video but any YouTube video I watch now does it. I went to break.com to see if it happens there and it doesn't. It appears to just be on YouTube. I was afraid my settings were screwed up somewhere but now I am not sure.

If you sign out of your YouTube account and then play videos, does the same thing happen?

try deleting your flash cookies Adobe - Flash Player : Settings Manager - Website Storage Settings panel

I tried the signing out and it didn't change. I just deleted all the sites like you said and it is still messed up.

I believe you've wrong submitted the video to youtube, try to redownload it

No, the video works fine on all other computers. It fixed it self some how. Now youtube videos work.
