Video rotation

I have some MOV videos taken with my iPhone. They were taken in portrait mode and I need to rotate them and then I'm going to place them on YouTube.

How would I go about doing this?

tbh i havnt a clue, you probably could rotate it but then the video itself would turn as well, so you'd be looking at it sideways

I'm already looking at it sideways. lol. I need to unsideways it. My ex took the video so she didn't know any better.

youll be able to rotate it but tbh that'll probably be fine anyway, as it looks a little wider than square so on youtube it shouldnt make much of a noticeable differnece
