I am using XP Home Edition. I have 3 Users on my Computer. I want to set it up so that one user is denied access to my printer. I realize the Office edition is different. I don't feel confident enough to go in & change levels as in the MIcrosoft Help section. If you can lead me thru the steps it would be helpful.

Hmmm... never heard of doing that before. Especially not on Home Edition; maybe on Professional.

Have you tried just setting the Default a Dummy Printer; and just tell it to print off the actual printer every time you want to print? Or are they not stupid enough to be confused by that?

Go to Printers and Faxes, and set Microsoft Document Printer as Default. Then it will just make a Picture File when you go to print instead of printing.
