updating to sp2 using a cd?

I have an extra copy of windows professional on a cd w/sp2, is ther any possible way I could put sp2 on my exisitng Xp pro machine, with having to do those blasted automatic updates? (I.E. using the Sp2 from the cd to update...)

That is sp2 for 2000, I believe 2000 bow has sp3.
But no, because xp's sp2 is dfferent.
