Unable to install

I'm trying to install an aircraft in the Microsoft Flight Simulator. The pop up I get that wants me to choose between two versions is greyed out in both boxes, which prevents me from installing the aircraft. I tried Reimage Repair but found out that it comes at a cost. Would Reimage work or is there another method I can use?
