Number 1: Whenever i start to log into my user. I always a few folders opened on start-up including accessories. I have a program called "startup", it seems to fix the programs/process you want to run on startup but not folders. How can i fix this
Number 2: Going under all programs seems to display every folder twice and accessories on the top is empty and alternate one has everything provided you by default.
I took a screenshot just in case and i think my computer is schizophrenik
