Tv Tuner Hunting- Need Help ASAP

Hey guys, I am currently trying to find a TV Tuner with the following specs.

For a Laptop
S-Video
Vista Media Center Compatible
Good Quality Obviously (dont care if its HD)
Willing to pay under 200$

Any suggestions?
