Sony Vaio VGN-FS745p/h won't start up.

Hi
I have sony vaio laptop (VGN-FS745p/h) and one day it stop to booting properly and when i try to start with windows xp installation cd it gives this error

File \i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded.
The error code is 7.
Setup cannot continue Press any key to exit.

And when i try to start with ubuntu live cd it gives this error

Uncompressing Linux....
invalid compressed format (err=2)
-- System halted

Bios ver R0084J1
Video Bios ver 5.44.02.30.07
Machine name VGN-FS745P
Wındows Xp prof.

I checked hardisk with external usb disk drive it works well.
What could be the reason and how could i solve this problem?
