Malwarebytes is a good one, Combofix is another one that works well but is for more advanced users.

I installed the ComboFix and my AVG anti-virus software didnt like it!!!

Very few anti-viruses like it when you run it. That's why they say to disable all anti-viruses before installing and running it.

This is assuming that you did download it off of bleepingcomputer.com (or a site linked by them) and not some random result on google.
