Physical Memory Dump

I think the problem is my memory, but I wanted to check & see if it's anything else. -- My computer has lately been blue screening & rebooting due to a "physical memory dump." I have also heard if people turn down the speed of their ram etc., the problem quits, BUT my warranty on my memory ends July 9th. Think I should try that first? Or what are other things that could be wrong? Cus I am out of ideas. :-\ Thanks!

it could be 1 of three things, a virus(es) , spyware or adware!

Use norton or McAfee to get rid of viruses

use spybot to gte rid of syware (download it from www.download.com)

use adware 6.0. to get rid of adrware (download it from www.lavasoft.com)

that should sort the problem out, if it doesnt reply to this message
