need help with loggin on

hi ppl i know there are 2 ways of loggin on to windows xp one way u just click on ya pic and type in ya password and the other way u hav to type in ya user name and then type in ya password does any one know how to change bettween the two types of loggin on plz help thanx

Just do this:
1. Go to control panel
2. Go to user accounts
3. Click on "change the way users log on or off"
4. Uncheck the box that says "use the welcome screen" and then you will have the login mode where you have to type in the name and password.
