Mouse randomly flickers

Hello, I recently built my computer installed all the drivers and such, and installed the drivers for my Anker mouse. It's been working fine, but every minute or so my mouse cursor randomly flickers anyone have any idea why? It has the newest drivers from the website, and its not the graphics card because I ran a test to make sure the graphics card was running good after I installed all the drivers

Is this limited to particular use? e.g., browsers only?

Is this cordless mouse or?
