Lost XP user account Admin, but info is still there. How can I get it back?

Topic. It's all there, but under User Accounts in the Control Panel, it doesn't list Administrator as an account. But when I try to make an administrator acount, it says it already exists. C: has the admin settings and everything, but the boot screen doens't show it! Help please.

At the logon screen, just hit "Ctrl-Alt-Delete" twice. It will bring up the 'old school' logon screen. Then just type in "Administrator" for the user and whatever password you used for the admin account.
