Talking I need a .GIF editor

I am trying to create a website and would like the best editor. I have a 6 frame banner i like but i am unable to edit with some of the free editors i have downloaded. I don't mind paying for one i just want one that works good. Thanks

Ulead GIF Animator would be best probably. Works very well.

adobe photoshop lets you make gifs i'd try that because adobe photoshop is a very versatile tool so buying it is a good investment i've made gifs using it before

open source rocks my world...

GIMP is somewhere between Paint shop pro and Adboe photoshop in terms of power and use-ability.

Photoshop is great. You have to put your hat down to Adobe for that.

ewww GIMP....i definately support open source, but they've got a ways to go..

Photoshop is a great paint program. If you're planning on animating, you'll probably want to use Ulead . Might consider a good drawing program too, and there I don't know what I'd recommend.

I am certaintly for The GIMP.
It has all tools neccecary to create great graphics.
The layout of the tools is unusual but it still works fine.
