How do you completely uninstall a timed trial game?

I downloaded slingo quest Hawaii game and there is an hour long timer on it. Simply using Windows 7 uninstall will not let you reinstall the game and play for another hour. What does timed trial software leave on your computer behind to let it know you already had the 1 hour trial? What do you have to delete to get around the one hour trial? I would be hesitant to ask this because I don't believe in stealing but I did pay full price for this game but I have since destroyed the credit card I used to purchase it, I'm on a different computer so I don't have the original install anymore and I'm having a hard time recovering my purchase with them. So I'll be happy just to play a few more hours or so.

In short, it really could've put the thing anywhere on your filesystem. It won't put it in an obvious location for obvious reasons!

Some good uninstallers can catch them, but the only sure fire way would be to run a diff on your filesystem before and after installing the game.
