How can I make a GIF image?

I want to make a GIF or animated image of my favorite part of a movie I'm currently watching on my laptop but I don't know how. Example of a GIF: http://i42.tinypic.com/k1s6fo.jpg

Go into movie maker and cut the part of the movie you want into a .gif and i'll do it for you if you like.

yer, or you can do it all yourself but you;d need tutorials online, I mean, when i learnt how to do it, I could do lots, only took about a few hours on pc and you can make one.


photoshop comes with a program called imageready and that's where you can creat the gif
