Help Me!!

hey guy im kinda new to this site.... i need advice on my computer, now just to let you know im not that great with computer. well i have many problems and dont know where to start. for some reason firefox will run slow and use all my cpu after about 5 mins of browsing, IE isnt so bad but after a while it will stuff up aswell also nearly every game i play freezes. now im not sure if i have a virus (iv got avg free) or do i need to reformat windows?? or is it my cpu stuffing up?? please guy it would be great if i could resolve this problem!!!!

oh and iv got: m2n-sli dulux mobo
2.6 GHz
2 gig ram
geforce 7300 card

Sounds like you need a reformat.

yer thats what i was thinking but the last time i tried reformatting the whole computer crashed for some unknown reason.. and i dont want to spend more money getting it fixed
