We run a Disys system here, and we are having trouble with the stock take process update. We ran an update last Tuesday evening (4th Oct 11), and unfortunately during the process the PC crashed, thus throwing out the stocktake and not completing the update.
We tried to process the update again on Saturday (8th Oct), but the system flagged up the following message:
PROCESS LOCKED BY LINE 12
We thought maybe that line 12 was reference to a port, so tried the command tandem 12 (in TCL), in the hope that it would pick up the crashed process. This did not work.
Does anyone have any advice on how to rectify this problem, and complete the process? Or would it be possible for us to clear the file data, begin a new stock take and re-input all the necessary details (basically starting from scratch)?
