GNU/Linux users: Why do you use Windows

I havent been able to fully convert my family members to GNu/Linux yet so im running a dual-boot config on my com.

Windows has remote desktop which i enjoy because you think your on your own computer. Windows also supports asp and asp.net which i like :)

Windows is good for gaming etc. But it takes alot of updates to secure it :p

mmmm autocad is evil for printing and random errors. Heh, Its cool though. Isometrics in graphic communication..

Windows = Easy of use, used to it, media players, games, webcams..

Dexxa.. Linux has remote access too. And lots of it. vmware is most popular i think.

ASP support is really stupid. Linux cant run exe. Windows cant run rpm. We all understand this. For every program on windows there is one for linux.

Qcad, varicad, cyras, SISCAD-P, CAM expert, ME10, CADDA ... around 20 moe i'd think..

The only time I use Windows on my computer is when I have data on it that I need. I used to mount my NTFS partition on my linux table but I stopped doing that since I never used it.

So the only time I use Windows is if I am at work, school, or need files from the NTFS partition.

About Autocad... there are many alternatives. LinuxCad is a free one, there is also qcad. There are some commercial ones such as VeriCAD, Cycas, and IntelliCAD.
