Default Data Recovery Software

Hello, i am new to the forums and i registered in order to ask a related quiestion with the title of the topic, but to have fun and learn new things as well.

Anyway, My graphics card crashed around in September (7-8 months ago), and i accidentaly formatted my pc before i send it to the specialist to discover the problem. I said that it wasn't a big deal, so i didn't care at all. However, now i miss some important information and pictures but general my old desktop!!

Is there any software that can do recovery from a formatted hard disk? I have to admit that i mostly need it for pictures. I tried some programs to recover lost data, but the pictures that i take back say "Photo gallery can't open this picture or video. This file format is not supported, or you don't have the latest updates to Photo Gallery" or their resolution is extremely decreased.

Please help and Thanks in advance

Well it's more like a partition recovery software you gotta look for. I have never personally tried doing that task before. But you can try this piece of software. Partition Recovery Software Recover Deleted or Lost NTFS/FAT Partition Download the free version and see if it meets your needs. Then check tor***

The reason it can't open the photos you tried to recover is because part or all of them have been written over by the reformat and reinstall of Windows. It's very unlikely that you'll be able to recover any of your data.

Question though, how did you reformat your pc without a graphics card?

You could also try the tools on Hirens Boot CD. Google it and download hes CD. But If windows has been re-installed I dont think theres a good chance of getting your files back

R-Studio has made me some good money by retrieving data from people's machines after they've been formatted. Not free, but worth the cost IMO.

Professional Data Recovery service charges a lot of amount for recovering data, If u can afford dat much sum of money u can google for some good data recovery service company around ur neighbourhood. You can also try some Data Recovery Software. There are some free software available u can search them on google but I do not believe in free software as it will end up messing my computer with virus and spywares and whether it recovers your data intact or not is not guaranteed there are chances that u end up loosing your precious data. So I look for cheap and good software. For recovery software, I bought one before called Kernel for FAT and NTFS, good thing is that it's one time payment and then it allows me to use forever. Take a look if you do not mind paying to get back your data, U can also download d trial version from Windows Data Recovery
Using trial version u can preview d data recovered but to save it u hav to purchase the software
