Customize Shutdown Option Windows 2000 HELP QUICK!

hey everyone, i havent been on here for a while. I have helped out lots of people on this site, maybe someone can help me with this.

Im trying to customize the shutdown button in windows 2000. There is options for
Log Off *user*
Shut Down
Restart
Stand by

Is there anyway to change those selections to say
Shut Down
Log Off *user*??

Setting the Default Logoff and Shutdown Choice

You can configure the default option implemented when the user selects logoff or shutdown. The following list shows the option and the value you would use. The list and values are the same for the two settings.

0 Logoff

1 Shutdown

2 Shutdown and Restart

3 Shutdown and Power Off*
