I am having a problem with movies that I have downloaded and own. I have googled this problem but could not get a straight answer. I was wondering if any one knows how to convert european avi movies to north american DVD format. The program I normally use is win avi and the dvds never work when I use them. the only thing I do know is that different regions of the world use different code. any feed back would be greatly appriecated.
