cleaning history files

I have an older laptop which i want to pass to my younger brother, but before doing so, i want to make sure that all previous internet history has been deleted . .i have already deleted all browsing history from IE . . are there any other places on the computer which i need to clean up to delete all traces of unwanted websites? Thanks.

Clear your Temporary Internet Files cache and delete your cookies.

Get hold of a program called ccleaner and run that, its free.
