Default chkdsk G: /F /R /X /I /C - on HDD: error occurred (766f6c756d652e63 461).

C:\WINDOWS\system32>chkdsk G: /F /R /X /I /C
The type of the file system is NTFS.
Volume label is 750GB.
Stage 4: Looking for bad clusters in user file data ...
Windows replaced bad clusters in file 37
of name \disk.dat.
1520 files processed.
File data verification completed.
An unspecified error occurred (766f6c756d652e63 461).

The SMART shows that the drive has 23 pending and 23 uncorrectable sectors (somewhere in the middle of the sector map shown by HD tune)
HDD contains one huge file disk.dat

Curious why that error appeared and the way around, if anyone knows, please share. Thank you
