Cant install W7. please help.

i have windows 7 on an iso dvd disk that i got from my pc class at school. i put it in and boot from the dvd drive... it starts to work but doesnt. i am running xp still


it stats to load the windows files like its supposed to...

then it starts windows screen...

then it starts to load this page and after it is done with the loading thing by the pointer...it just sits there. i can still move the mouse around though...

help would be great!!!!! thank you

Get a new ISO burn it at a low speed

maybe u jus gotta wait. how long have u waited cus of heard of it taking a really long time esp if ur doing an upgrade. are u doing a clean install or upgrade? id rec clean install

yeah im doing a clean install....ill wait and see if anything happens

boot from your disc, then just leave it for a while. Windows (Editions beyond XP SP1) are notorious for having long install times.
