So Iím running windows 10 on one hard drive and Linux mint on the other
I use windows for gaming and Linux for movies and tv shows.

It doesnít show up anywheres is it a security feature on Linux ? Any ideas ?
Iím sure I had this setup before using other Linux distributions
Both hard drives boot up perfectly
(Note) I can fully access windows hard drive while in Linux also Iím not hooked up to internet only data on cellphone ,

Probably has to do with filesystems. Mint should use ext4 by default, and Windows doesn't have any ext4 drivers, although they can be installed. You should probably look into that.
