Default Best Program(s) To Use For DVD Copy??

So i want to copy all of my movies i have bought over the years, LOTS. i understand it takes awhile, but i need to know what to use these days. i have kids and some of my movies don't work anymore because they are scratched, so i want to make back-ups of them. i am wondering what program(s) work the best. A) DVD to blank DVD, Using 2 drives. B) DVD to Hard Drive, so i can click on it and watch it when on trips instead of carrying around cases. Any help would be great.
Thanx- Grizzly660

To backup DVDs I use DVDFab, it's $50 online, but works very well.

Me: You'd think as the dominant species we wouldn't be so effing stupid.
J: We're just intelligent enough to be completely effing stupid.
