Arena simulation- Entity lost in sequence

I have made simulation of an emergency room. Each entity gets a sequence by the kind of patient it represents (like surgical walking patient).
My problem is that when the simulation runs there are some entities that just disappear during their sequence.
I mean that if an entity needs to move through 5 stations it just disappears before the last station

Without fairly detailed knowledge of your code and the logic of the simulation, it's doubtful anyone here could give you any advice other than wild guesses.

Can you provide more details, especially the logic flow of the simulation?

it's a realy big simulation model how can i explain it here.
