What's the song in that advert? UK question

BBC advert for the restaurant with lots of strange food combinations. It's a classic song but i can't remember the name. It was also whistled by the Friends in an episode once. Down central perk.

Which BBC channel did you see it? Was it a trailer for a show?

It was BBC one, that french chef bloke was walking around looking at strange food combinations. The advert ends with some fish in a big block of jelly.

Further inspection brings up the result that the song playing in the background is the theme tune to "The odd couple".
