Does the person know if they are going to be mod before? Or do you just pick them and they see this thread and they find out. Because what if someone didn't want to be a mod?

Yeah, I beleive one mod won't make a huge difference, not saying that Chris is not gona do alot of moderating, but we should have more. Did you demote the unactive moderators yet?

rudster why dont you become a mod? you send alot of time on here. you know your stuff and people get on good with you
