Default Second Life?

Hey there,

Has anyone here tried 'Second Life'? I have seen it here on the ITV website http://www.itv.com/page.asp?partid=7842 and it made me want to get involved! She seems to have such a great time there, it makes me wonder what i'm missing...

ye, it's quite a good game. The graphics aren't that good but you can see this because it takes so little time to download. plus you can go anywhere(unless you get banned from places). It can get a very addictive game. Try it im sure you will like it just dont expect amazing graphics mate.

I've read about it in GQ, and the review isn't that great. I do not want to get involved as it supposedly takes up a lot of time, and a bit of money.

^You you have to spend real dollars to buy the game dollars, and then you can buy real estate in the game let it gain profit, then sell and then convert your "Linden" dollars as they're called back to real dollars and actually make money off the game. Its so serious century 21 actually lists Second Life properties on their website lol

well. You can make about anything in the game if you have the skills. Then you can sell your stuff to the other people playing. And you can change the game money for real dollars. So that's how it's possible to earn. However if you want to make a lot of money you just need to be better than the thousands of other players.

Well, I don't know, but two posts is what two threads would actually make. She didn't post anything in this thread other than the original post.

Ah sorry, to me "multi" means several, I couldn't see what the other one was because a damn database error wouldn't let me, I'm getting really fed up with them!!

I had another look at the site today and it is some new people today who have been married on second life for a few years, and are all set to marry in real life! THey haven't even met! Crikey! http://www.itv.com/page.asp?partid=7842
