Scam?

Hence the cause of my dilemna. How stuff works is normally trustworthy, yet here is an offer whose contents are normally untrustworthy.

They are offering you money to do surveys. Don't think its a scam. I've made money doing surveys. Companies pay test audicense big money to try out products. And its like its promising a million bucks or anything. 3 bucks a survey, isn't really that much. I don't think its a scam.
