I have been stressed lately, and i was wondering what you guy's do to relax when things get hectic.

I would normally go for a nice country road drive, but its raining and late.

I like to express myself with art. Wether I compose an Anime Music Video, or sketch a picture, or fail a sad attempt at painting, I feel relaxed when doing these things.

Read a book
Go for a walk
Listen to some music
Play some pool

Listen to slow rock and sleep. Or I destress on a four wheeler. I wouldn't recommend destressing on a four wheeler though, last time I did that I over-jumped and wrecked.
