Need help with my PSP

I'm, having trouble with my PSP. I plug it into my dads computer at his office (Only place I can put anything on it right now) And it allows me to put things on the 1 Gig memory stick. However, My problem is that the PSP doesn't see anything. I've put JPEGs, MPEGs, and MP3s. All of which aren't being read by the psp. I know they're there though because my computer can see them through the usb cable (Which is plugged into the psp)

Has anyone had this problem, or know the solution? It's making me mad right now that I can put it on there and not read the dern thing.

First format your memeory card at the psp settings and then put your stuff in the folders u see.The 4 folders are in the folder called psp
