Yeah I think its a good social thing to do with friends. If I like the film I'll buy it when its out too.

I like to go to the theater, but it costs $9 for the bigger theaters, and $6 for the smaller one. But with popcorn, drinks, gas, and what not, I end up spending a good $20 probably. If it's with the right people, it can be fun though.

There's the Civic theater in downtown Farmington, which is run by the city and they're pretty cheap. Otherwise, I go to AMC on the days that they have discounted tickets.

I dont mind going to the dollar theatre. All the movies there are $1, but those movies are usually the ones that are going to be released onto DVDs in a couple weeks or so.

Right now I cant afford to go to the movies, so I wait for them to come out on dvd and order them through netflix. It cost me the price of going to the movies once for the whole month and I order about 8 or 9 movies a month plus able to watch them online

i prefer to just wait until they come out on DVD. i am not a fan of going to movies, cause there are loads of immature highschool kids...so not worth the time...and line ups are usually long...and its expensive lol.
