Manchester Great Run Update....

As per an earlier thread a few weeks ago, I ran the Manchester Great Run today, and managed to complete it 59min and 16sec, which meant I hit my goal of doing it under an hour.

There was about 28,000 people running, and I came 10,421 so its a good target to beat for the next one.

I felt that I could of actually have done it a lot faster but got caught up at the start, in the mass of people, and find it difficult getting my timing right, some lessons to learn for next time.

Thanks for those who sponsored me, I raised about £150 for the Marie Curie fund.......
