If you had Windows Vista Ultimate, you can get something called DreamScene, which you can basically use an MPEG video as your desktop background. I think its one of those Vista Ultimate exclusives, but I'm sure theres ways to get the same effect with a different program or something.

Yerp. Uses a ton of Ram though. But if you have enough, why not.
