Happiness is...

Had a friend who never shot a 30-06 before. We were out at his uncle's farm when the farmer brought out his new 30-06. We took turns shooting it at a target when it was my friend's turn to shoot.

He tucked the stock under his arm and put his eye right up to the scope. As soon I yelled "Don't shoot, Clint!" he fired. We took him to a hospital for a fractured eye socket in the eyebrow area and a hell of a bleeder. He got stitches.

He had headaches for days.

Before all this we were shooting 22s and 380s and since I'm familiar with hi power rifles he wasn't.

That gonna leave a mark! Learn him a lesson too.

Oh he learned all right. He said that he thought it'll shoot like a 22 or a 380.

I'm surprised he graduated and got a diploma but know nothing about physics.

Not very observant either. We shot the rifle and the report and the recoils on our shoulders did not give him a clue.
