How on earth can you download legally ?

really not that difficult, especially if your looking for Linux distros. There is plenty of stuff to download off torrents that are legal.

yes but thats freeware, im talking proper software, you would'nt sign up on that site just to get linux, i can grantuee, you would search google for torrents and see who has the most seeds, or atleast thats how you torrent download.

Oh, and torrents aren't necessarily illegal. Bittorrent can be used to transfer perfectly legal files aswell.
