Attention friends

When I go pay the bill I'm gonna gripe and see what happens. Maybe there's a screw up (I only hope) and that the $40 increase is a mistake. I already had the $24 increase last month.

I guess my nephew really like the channels on TV, it's a full fledged package sans premiums channels. My sis too so everyone's happy.

Also my phone no. is established with many important people so I saved myself a hassle with new no. from who knows where.

I'm still really surprised customer retention didn't do much for ya, that always worked for me. Still though, glad you're keepin' the net.
 
If you live in the area that we do, they know you wont leave them. Suddenlink will be all "Ok!" and shut off your service before you have had a chance to confirm that you actually want to leave, and then charge you to turn it back on. Lets just say experiance taught me that one.
