Subscribed thread E-mails not working.

Since the server change over i have not been receiving the subscribed thread E-mails.

The last one i received was 27th January.

The move to the new server didn't seem to go well. Some were still seeing the old copy versus the new copy. It appears to still have some problems.

Good lord...why didn't the server keep up with the latest software?

Look guy moving is not a simple task. it could be as simple as some of the database got damaged. Give it time. I'm sure things will return to normal.
Normal being a relative term...
