Neutral Rep for no reason?1

Hey,

If a "Newbie" gives me rep for any reason.....say positive, do i get green, or neutral rep? and vise versa....Cause i noticed this in my CP

Yeah, its just some newbie guy that doesnt have a high enough post count for the rep to take effect.

Thanks, i did skim through that before, must have missed this line though

- You must have enough posts & been here for some time to be able to give rep points, if you do not meet the requirements then the rep you give will be grey.
