Dell Workstation 650 Server Help ?

I have just got a Dell Workstation 650 Server / Workstation can someone tell me how to set all this up as im waiting for a monitor attachment. Can anybody tell me how i can host like GTA Server or Somthing like that or is their a website i can visit ?

I hope you can help me set up my own server
