am makin a computer to play mp3/AVI files on w/o a monitor, just LCD displays on the front. what am stuck on is the browsing of files to be played.
my idea was to use a 4x20 LCD with 5 buttons. up, down, right, left and play. basically, what i want to happen is when the comp is started up the LCD will list folders in a certain folder (c:/mp3). to browse thru the files u can use up/down to go thru the folders/files, right to open that folder, left to go up a folder and play to open the file (files will open in winamp).
also, what i need is for the file to play in winamp (just a case of 'double clicking' the file) but then when the file stops playing for another random file (from the same folder) to play
are these ideas possible?
