Overclocking AMD-E350 Chip in an All-In-One?

Hi there, Just wondering if there is any chance of being able to overclock my Processor? I had this PC bought for me last Christmas and it is used as a secondary computer on the weekends when I visit my Dads, but i have terrible performance on it with the chip just being Dual core 1.6. I have doubts that i would be able to Overclock it but i have seen on other forums that it is possible but not recommended because of cooling.(This was on a laptop though)

I wouldn't overclock an all in one for the same reasons as a laptop.
